This program is targeted for all expatriates managers and expatriates who are living and working in the UAE or are doing business with the Arab Gulf region.
The program uses a different methodology that focuses on core cultural values as they relate to the business and management. It is different from the cultural orientation program as it does not focus on do\'s and don\'ts.
The trainer, Dr. Abdulhamied Alromaithy, is a qualified UAE national with more than 25 years of work experience as an intercultural consultant and trainer. He has been a speaker and conducted training in the Arab Gulf countries, US, Europe and the Far East. The trainer is also an author of many training materials and books.
Abdulhamied has conducted similar programs for leading regional, international and multinational organizations including Shell, Heineken, Basell Polyofins, Praxair, KSB AG, Borealis, French Chamber of Commerce (Nancy) etc.
